She is passionate about educating and empowering her clients, helping them better understand their bodies and achieve confident, long-term outcomes.

Alongside pelvic health, Rhona has extensive musculoskeletal expertise, with a particular focus on back and neck pain, TMJ (jaw) dysfunction, headaches, and lumbosacral conditions

She takes a considered, whole-body approach, aiming to restore effective biomechanics, movement, and function. Rhona is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly undertakes further training to ensure her care remains evidence-based and current.

Outside the clinic, Rhona enjoys spending time outdoors – walking or running in nature, ocean swims, and staying active with Pilates.
