Great results rely on teamwork. By understanding and following our Terms and Conditions, you’ll help ensure clarity, communication, and the best possible outcomes. Our recommendations are based on your goals, the information you provide, and our expert assessment. While many factors can influence recovery, following our advice and attending reviews gives you the best chance of achieving lasting results.

Notice Period: You must provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee.

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% to the scheduled consultation cost will be charged to you.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late and miss more than half of your appointment time, your appointment may be classed as a no-show, and the full fee will be charged.

No-shows: You will be charged for the full fee of the missed appointment if you fail to attend without providing sufficient notice.

Insurance and Third-Party Claims: You may be responsible for paying a cancellation fee if your third party does not cover it under your plan or agreement. Please refer to your individual agreement for this information.

Emergency Exceptions: In cases of immediate medical or other emergencies, the clinic may waive the fee at its discretion. However, last-minute work commitments, family matters, or changes of plan are not typically considered valid reasons for an exception.

Authorization: You may be asked to provide your credit card or bank details and authorize the clinic to debit these for the cancellation fee.

Repeated Failures: In cases of repeated late cancellations or no-shows, a clinic may reserve the right to refuse future appointments.
